God’s forgiveness:
Romans 3:23 – All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23- The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I John 1:9- If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Reciprocal forgiveness:
Matthew 6:12- Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Ephesians 4:26- In your anger, do not sin. Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.
Personal forgiveness:
Ephesians 6:1,2 -Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
Job 14:17- My offences will be sealed up in a bag.
Isaiah 38:17 You have put all my sins behind your back.
Jeremiah 31:34 -I will remember their sins no more.
Micah 7:19- You will hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
Philippians 3:13,14 -Forgetting the past and looking forward, I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize for which God is calling us up to heaven because of what Christ Jesus did for us.
