I Timothy 2:1-4 – I urge first of all, that request, prayers, intersession and thanksgiving be made for everyone. For kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and come to the knowledge
of truth.
How shall we pray for the president and his cabinet?
1. Pray for a heart for God like David
2. Pray for an inspired vision like Josiah
3. Pray for divine wisdom like Solomon
2 Chronicles 7:14 – “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. “
